Through our critical incident expertise, we respond with highly trained counselors anytime, anywhere.
ERC: ACHIEVE, our Performance Consulting division, takes our vast experience in assessment and analysis and applies it to teams and leadership. Utilizing tools such as the Hogan Assessment, Drake IPM Systems, and MBTI we establish a working foundation that charts a path towards high performance through one-on-one coaching and/or leadership roundtables. Our Leadership and Professional Development programming offers companies of any size the best in timely, engaging, impactful seminars.
